Our members have a shared passion for their craft and a commitment to providing the highest quality monument products and services to families and communities in the mid-Atlantic region.

The sole purpose of Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders is to host a full industry-wide exhibit every other year. This exhibit is an opportunity for our members to showcase their latest and greatest products and services, network with their peers, and engage with families and communities. The exhibit provides a platform for the exchange of ideas, best practices, and industry advancements, and serves as a testament to the continued growth and success of the monument building industry in the mid-Atlantic region.

We are proud of the work that our members do and are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative community for monument builders in the mid-Atlantic region. Whether you’re a monument builder, a family in need of memorial services, or simply someone interested in the monument building industry, we welcome you to attend our next exhibit and experience the passion and commitment of Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders.

The Convention

Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders is an organization made up of monument builders from the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington D.C. The main goal of the organization is to host an industry-wide exhibit every other year.

The organization is led by the Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders Committee, made up of delegates appointed by each state organization. The committee also includes an Executive Director, Jim Gingrich, and a Treasurer, Geoff Irwin. The committee members work to organize the display, program and set-up, with Rick Burroughs serving as Exhibit Chairman and Nate Gingrich serving as Exhibit Chairman.

Although Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders does not have formal membership, anyone is welcome to attend the exhibit. Retailer guests can choose between a full registration or day pass, while manufacturers and suppliers (exhibitors) must pay for registration fees plus booth space, as well as crating fees for any monuments on display. All attendees are responsible for their own hotel, travel, and personal expenses. Manufacturers and suppliers are also required to purchase at least a half-page ad in the convention booklet.

Full registration includes access to all events, including the display area, educational program(s), and two receptions: one luncheon and one banquet. A day pass is only for one specific day and includes access to the exhibit area, but does not include any meals. Meal tickets can be purchased at the door for an additional fee.

It is recommended to pre-register for the exhibit, as registration rates may be higher for those who register on-site. Children under 4 years old are free, while children 4-11 years old will be charged for a kid’s meal. Children 12-17 years old will be charged for meals only. Email for pricing information.

Payment can be made via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) or check, made payable to Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders. Checks should be sent to the address listed on the Contact page.

The exhibit is held at the Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, MD. Attendees can reserve their rooms directly through the hotel by visiting the Hotel & Restaurants page on the Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders website.

All attendees must register and pay the fees to enter the display and attend the program. Name badges are required for all events. Registration information can be sent to: Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders, 568 North Union Street, Middletown, PA 17057.
